Children and Youth

Jesus said: “Let the little ones come to me.”

London is a challenging place to be a child or student. It can also be a difficult place to be a parent. Where can you find fun, wholesome activities for kids—places that parents can trust and kids can enjoy themselves? Where can you find a place where kids are taken seriously, where their faith can be nurtured and challenged? C.S. Lewis wrote: "I fancy that most people who think at all have done a great deal of their thinking in the first fourteen years."

We think Lewis was right, and so we provide a place where kids can explore and wrestle with what it means to be a disciple of Jesus Christ...where they can think about their faith, and find answers to their deepest questions.

At the American Church in London we provide activities and Christian education for schoolchildren from nursery through high school. We place high value in being a family-friendly, family-involved community of faith. Parent volunteers help with Sunday School and other activities. Dynamic leadership from the staff provides the necessary training and administrative assistance to families who make ACL their church home.

London can be a challenging place, but the American Church can help make it feel a bit more like home.

Come and see!
