1. Food (non-perishable) e.g.
Tins of meat, vegetables, beans
Sugar, longlife milk, tea, instant coffee

Salt, pepper, oil, jam

2. Men's casual clothing (used or new)
Jeans, joggers, sweat shirts, casual jackets

Trainers, other casual shoes, socks, boxers

(all in large and medium sizes)
 
3. Toiletries
SMALL shampoos, toothpaste, bars of soap
Razors, toothbrushes, deodorant
